To mark Bastille Day, celebrated in Nice on 13 July, the West End Hotel****, a member of the 3A Hôtels La Collection group, and Le Siècle restaurant are offering an exceptional Opera evening. Guests will be able to sample a delicious menu prepared by the restaurant’s brigade, while enjoying the greatest opera arias performed by artists from the Côte d’Azur. Two opera singers – Laurie Jauffret and Gilles San Juan – will be hiding among the waiters to sing the most beautiful arias, from La Donna è Mobile in Rigoletto to Brindisi in La Traviata.

The programme includes a dozen songs to delight the ears of guests, who can then enjoy a delicious dinner prepared with care by the Siècle kitchen, which carefully selects all its products. On the menu, guests can opt for Burrata with thyme-grilled vegetables, Rigatoni with Gorgonzola cheese or fillet of Charolais beef with baby vegetables. For dessert, a tempting menu of flavours will delight the most demanding palates, including citrus fruit and white chocolate entremet and rose-glazed macaroon.

All in the splendid setting of the hotel, which overlooks the Promenade des Anglais and offers a breathtaking panorama of the Mediterranean.
