Located at number 31 on the legendary Promenade des Anglais, Le Siècle, the restaurant of the West End Hotel, invites you into an Art Deco world whose entrance is inspired by Hector Guimard’s Paris metro.
The restaurant features red velvet banquettes, brass and wood panelling, enhanced by a magnificent Art Deco glass roof. When the fine weather arrives, this establishment, built in the 80s, also extends onto a sunny terrace. Le Siècle offers a timeless setting for discovering and savouring authentic cuisine.
The chef and his team prepare dishes with a Mediterranean flavour, using fresh seasonal produce. On the menu this winter, guests can enjoy, for example, scallops snacked with Granny Smith apples, spinach and blackberries, or fish a la plancha with grilled kale, sweet potatoes and curry oil. For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a selection of desserts on the menu, including soft chocolate caramel passion fruit with orange blossom and mango sorbet, and iced rose macaroons. A great selection of sweet treats to end on a sweet note.
The restaurant also offers unusual evenings – opera evenings – which take place every other Friday until spring 2024. A unique concept on the Côte d’Azur, these evenings allow you to dine to the sound of the greatest opera arias. Based on the concept of the singing waiters – in other words, when the waiters start singing opera arias in the middle of the service – these themed meals are open to locals and visitors alike.
And to keep up with all the latest restaurant news, Le Siècle now has a presence on social networks, with an Instagram account and a Facebook account.
