The West End Hotel, iconic establishment on the Promenade des Anglais, invites the Opera to its restaurant. Throughout the winter, the “Singing Waiters” are back to the delight of foodies and music lovers…

On the menu, a show that promises to be exceptional! The local artists Laurie Jauffret, lyric singer soprano and Gilles San Juan, tenor of the Opéra de Nice, start the evening hidden among the waiters. At the first musical notes sounded, they throw down their aprons and offer a breathtaking concert featuring the greatest opera arias. Surprise effect guaranteed!

Let yourself be enchanted for an evening by their interpretation of the Donna è Mobile de Rigoletto, the Brindisi de la Traviata and many other great classics that will make you live a unique moment. For the occasion, chef Cyril Breteau has concocted a brand new winter menu with delicious flavors from the Mediterranean.

The Opera evenings at the Hotel West End, a unique concept on the Côte d’Azur, are to be discovered every other Friday until spring.
